I love to spend time with people silently or in laughter, talking or walking, creating and sharing, learning and being. I often sing without being aware of it, so if you need silence you might have to tell me to stop.
I spent July - November 2015 in a meditation center in Tuscany. For me this has been amazing!!, and has changed my approach to life. Wow. I'm happy to share with people with similar experiences and interest in meditation.

I draw and paint and sing, speak some languages, have some knowledge... I'm happy to share it all but the only thing I really believe we can learn from each other is to be in the present.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

This moment, whatever it might be - talking over a cup of tea, walking in the rain, sharing thoughts and experiences, singing a song, having a beer, dancing in a club, playing a game, exchanging language skills, cooking together, having a good laugh... I enjoy helping out with things, for example washing the dishes or cooking dinner!
