Overview
About Me
"You're a multi faceted guy" is how most people knowing me describe me, be it sports, music, the fine arts, literature, philosophy or "the grand questions of life", you'll find me to be a keen, inspired conversationalist who'll go every step of the way with you. I'm very well connected around the country, with just as interesting people, be Isfahan, Shiraz or the northern parts of Iran, you can count on getting on touch with friendly locals easily. I hope I can show you just how colorful and a journey can be with good company
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on this platform because it aligns perfectly with my life's philosophy: self discovery and "Fernsucht", as the Germans would put it. Going on journeys and meeting and hosting travelers, learning about others' cultures and discovering ones own in a new light; but probably most importantly, gaining a more meaningful outlook and insight on life and the human condition

Music, Movies, and Books
From the ingenuity that is Bach's "the art of Fugue" to the dankest dubstep remixes out there, musically there most probably isn't a point on the genre spectrum I wouldn't enjoy; but Jack Johnson, Damien Rice Coldplay are by far my favorites out. Once you arrive you'll find me to also be quite the bibliophile, if you lack reading material, you'll surely find something with me
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'd have to say my first one week road trip around Iran. It was and is by far the most enriching and fascinating experience of my young life
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach English(C1) to kids during the summer and am a tutor at the german(C2) language institute in Tehran. I'm also in our local Teakwondo(2nd Dan) club training with kids of all ages and coaching them. I'm fairly good on the piano and the violin and I've started strumming the old axe lately, teaching myself a few Jack Johnson songs. I'd be more than happy to learn more on all the things above.
As for sharing, we are co-owners of a billiard, so you'd not only be staying at a beach house but also play pool(or snooker)

Great late night discussions, new easy-to-cook dishes and a helping hand washing dishes
