About Me

I'm quite shy, but sometimes it happens that I act like a confident young man (at least it's always me who orders pizza).
I always say I don't like to party hard, but when I remember when I last was drunk, and that it was yesterday...
I think I listen to people carefully, and can talk about others, not trying to make myself the topic of the conversation.
When I meet new people I almost always act overly polite, silly smile and laugh stupidly even on jokes that don't amuse me. I hate this mode of me, but I can't fight this. Be prepared.

PHILOSOPHY

I argue that the reality is merely an a priori adjunct of non-naturalistic ethics, but via the categorical imperative I hold that ontologically it exists only in the imagination.

Seriously though, I've never thought about summerizing my whole-life attitudes. Maybe: try to be a good man.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To eat raclette and swim in the Rhein, which I wouldn't have done, had it not been for my CS hosts. And to repay for such heart-warming experiences.

Interests

Travels, economics, sport, reading comments on 9gag, food, geopolitics, some astonishing secrects of nature as: why men have nipples or are most of monkeys right-handed like humans.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Pink Floyd, Tom Waits, Black Keys, Flobots, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Caro Emerald, all sorts.
Books: everything by Kurt Vonnegut, Friedrich Durrenmatt, P. G. Wodehouse, Ferdinand von Schirach, Milan Kundera, Jo Nesbo, Ryszard Kapuściński, much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This part used to be named "amazing thing I've SEEN or done", and so this is the amazing thing I've seen.
Few years ago I've been to Georgia, travelling by bus in the day I was very sick. Bus driver had to make a stop every 30 minutes, so I could vomit into all over the roadside. When I apologised my co-passengers, they were ALL like: we're all humans. And I knew they really meant it.
Good people are the amazing thing.

And swimming in the Rhine in Basel. Best memory from Switzerland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to transform a nastily drawn phallus into a Batman sign. Very useful!
I play the guitar and make quite good websites, but there probably won't be enough time to teach you these.
Other countries' traditions, political systems and curiosities are the things that I'd gladly hear about, so I could pick girls up on my astonishing knowledge.
