Hei everybody :-)

I'm a research assistant at the university in Freiburg, Germany and currently working with rock ptarmigan.

For my Master studies I went to Norway and after two years of enjoying the beautiful nature and the amazing people there, it was hard to go back to boring old Germany.

Still, the region where I live is close to the black forest, so there are lots of opportunities to go hiking and cross-country skiing which I really enjoy.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I'm poor, but I like to travel :-) And I think that there are a lot of people out there, that have the same problem and would be happy about a couch to sleep on in South Germany.

Of course I also really like to meet new people. While I was studying I was travelling a lot, but now that I'm working, opportunities to meet people from around the world don't arise so easily anymore.

Interessi

My dog is my biggest hobby I think, and I am a part of the local hiking organisation here in South Germany. I just like to be outside, but I also appreciate a good book and lazy afternoons with good music.

But in general I like a lot of different bands, e.g. Kvelertak, Bathory, Motörhead but I'm also a big Dire Straits and Wishbone Ash fan.

I'm low-maintenance, so I won't leave a mess and not go on your nerves. But I'm also happy to take a tea together :-) Of course I will participate in household chores and help wherever help is needed.
