I'm from Germany and currently I'm a student in Oldenburg, a beautiful city in the north of Germany.
My story: I lived and worked about 1 1/2 year in America. I'm 21 years old, really open-minded and direct honest person. I went right after my graduation from highschool to America and start working as an Au Pair. I took care of lovely children in the suburbs of Baltimore and Portland, Oregon on the west coast.
I really love travelling in the US, I have seen a lot in Europe in the past and after my adventure in America I'll continue to explore Europe and Asia in the time of my study.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause my biggest passion is travelling and exploring new places!
I finished my Au Pair year in July 2018 and after that I travelled for an other month thru the US. And the fact that you get to know new people, personalities and create new connections is so great.
During my time in America I met so many nice people who turned into good friends. I'll guess to have connections to friends in South Africa, Denmark, England, Sweden, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil or even Costa Rica is awesome. Thats also a big point for me why I became an Au Pair in the US. To meet new people, experience new cultures besides the American culture. But over and above that I like to travel on my own sometimes and then to meet a local person who could show you around is a big opportunity.

I love love love Harry Potter, I basically grew up with it. Cause my mom read a lot of the books to me or let me listening to the audio books when I was 6 years old.
