leaving my comfort zone was a thing! when I do street photography, trying to connect place with people in one frame, often I end up being glared by stranger and thinking I am suspicious. Even when I try to shot some stranger when they make nice composition with the place, I shot them very close to them, and when they glared at me looking mad or confused, I try to smile and show them the shot. Usually they smiled too because they look fabulous in my shoot. Sometimes they want to take those photos and I sent them via email or instagram. Or if they feel offended I apologized and delete the shot.
