Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will host people on my couch. And I will tell people the jubilation of hosting people on their own couches.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The house I grew up in as well as all the houses I've lived in have had open couches and nothing makes me happier than meeting new people and providing a hospitable place for weary travelers--especially people who are adventurous and interesting (i.e. the kind of people who would rather find a couch to surf on than rent a hotel room).
Currently have couch available except for rare trips out of town or overnight call schedule at work. If you plan to surf my couch, you will likely also meet my wife, Katie, and our 3 kids.
