ABOUT ME

I love music, movies, my family, my friends, and reading. I have traveled and camped pretty extensively in the US and I love hiking as well. I am kind of quiet but still I think I am a super friendly guy. I enjoy both being alone and being with people but I absolutely love having a great conversation with someone. I am trying to travel and see as much as I can around the world. I plan on getting my bachelor's degree in August 2009 and then taking the LSAT and traveling around Australia and Southeast Asia for a year before going to law school with my best friend.

This line by Dylan pretty much describes me in a nutshell.
My personal philosophy, ever-refining, is that you should just look into your heart and do whatever makes you happy. As long as you don't hurt others, who the hell cares what anyone else thinks. Live to the fullest and love as much as you can. Never hesitate, never regret, never feel shame. Someday you will die and something's somehow gonna steal your carbon, so enjoy what you have now before it's too late.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As of now, I am a student and have only a couch to offer. I hope to use this network to travel and then, in August 2009, when I return home to California I can offer a more comfortable bed to others. Moreover, I will have people who met me through CS and other friends who have a couch to stay on and can reach me through CS.

I hitchhiked through Portugal. My first night I ended up staying at a random man's house whom I met in a bar on the side of the highway. The following day this guy, Hermann, drove me across southern Portugal into Spain and shared with me both good drink and food as well as stories of love and life.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I would love to learn new languages and would be willing to help people learn English or math. (I was a mathematics major at UCLA initially, but changed to economics) And I think music makes the world go round, so I sincerely wish I could play acoustic guitar and am trying to learn to play the ukulele!
