About Me
Hello everyone! I am currently a nanny for a beautiful baby boy. I have my MSW so I will eventually become an LCSW so I can get paid to talk to people. I have been married for three beautiful years, and we are parents to a cat that will conveniently look like a kitten for the rest of her life. My husband just got accepted into the Ph.D. program for Materials Science at the University of Tennessee so we will be moving at the end of this summer. I can't wait until we embark on this new journey
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am an avid traveler and would love to have any opportunity to travel to new places and meet new people. Locals really know all of the best places to go. I also love hosting new people and showing them around the town I live in.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love country, folk, indie folk, and some pop music. I also love most other types of music.
I have no preference for the genre of movies, but I am very picky so I only like good movies. Some of my favorite movies are Titanic, Saving Private Ryan, and Shawshank Redemption.
I also love all genres of books but my favorite books right now are the King Killer Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss. Third book, where are you!?!?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went on two mission trips to Africa. It was the most amazing experience of my life, and I pray I can go back someday.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching others!! However, my husband says I just like telling people what to do ...
I also believe that there is something that we can learn from everyone. Everyone has knowledge and wisdom to share so I love exchanging ideas and forming new opinions through good conversations.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share an entire guest bedroom, some wine, healthy eating tips and tricks, more wine, a little laughter, and good times.
