Well, I was very happy living in Izmir (Western Aegean city of Turkey)then something happened and I just decided to continue my PhD down under here in Wellington, New Zealand. I have just moved here, settled in my place in Roseneath and been enjoying Wellington to the full. Wellington is SWEET AS!

When I was living in Izmir and not busy swimming across the Gulbahce Bay using only my fingers, doing a generally convincing tea-pot impression in Uludag Ski Resort or a big-air jump with my kite in the Aegean shores (totally out of my control haha), I was somehow researching , doing some nerdy stuff (like PhD) and somehow mucking along expecting the worst and hoping for the best.

Hope to meet all Wellingtonians soon. I know the coolest people in town are also on Couchsurfing!

A few friends of mine were already CS members and I was hosting some ppl when they were not available. Then I thought Id become a member and have my own guests. I have had several guests from all around the world and most of them became my close friends! That is why I LOVE CS!

I actually listen to all kind of music but mostly I enjoy rock and hiphop. I am also into ethnical music from all around the world.

I can teach you some geeky stuff like playing with your voice on computer with some small coding. I would also love to teach some kitesurfing basics if we meet in Izmir. I still dont know any appropriate kitesurf place in Welly for beginners as the wind seems not to be stable anywhere around the city!
