About Me

I was born and grew up by beautiful Lake Garda (Italy), a place that still to this day urges me to take pictures of its sunsets because they're just too beautiful. I spent a few years in the UK for school and I'm currently based in Verona.

I love many things. Some of them are (in no particular order) good food, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, analog photos, driving, music, travelling, sports in general, spontaneous daytrips that require nothing but friends, good drinks, ice cream, dogs and cats and most animals, good conversations, vermouth.

I don't take myself too seriously and believe the point of life is just to be enjoyed as much as possible, as long as you stay true to yourself.

I’m a big fan of ugly postcards, so that’s one thing I’ll always bring back from a trip.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've travelled to some places for holidays, some for studying, some because I was looking for something deeper.. but what I always, always look for is the most authentic stuff I can find. And it's not always easy to find it if you're new to the place, so I've learned that having a friend who can show you around is priceless. So this is what I look for as a CSer and what I want to offer when I'm hosting.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music -- mainly hip hop but I listen to a lot of different things. Lately I've been way into 80's music.

Movies -- mostly thrillers, comedy or documentaries. If I start watching a series I won't have a life until I've bing-watched it till the end. E.g. How to Get Away With Murder, Maniac, Brooklyn 99, The Fresh Prince, Sex Education, After Life, Inventing Anna.

Books -- I'll admit I'm a book hoarder, I start most of them but I'm unable to get to the end of a single one. I never make the time to read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving 7 hours to go to a music festival in Croatia by myself, watching one of the shows, then driving another 7 hours to come back the next day.

Teach, Learn, Share

Oh, I'll go on and on about the beauty of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu if you ask.

Jokes apart, learning is what I live for, and that can only come through sharing. And if you find something to learn from me, I'll be happy to have done my part.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Friendship, stories about my experiences or the countless things I find interesting, helpfulness, a home when they'll come to Italy. I can also a cook you some decent Italian food.
