I am fascinated by culture -- national cultures, subcultures, all culture. I come from San Francisco which is very diverse and has in turn shaped me into an extremely open and curious person. I like to be challenged and find that I learn something new every day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am resurrecting my profile after an 8 year hiatus. I'm studying in Germany and hope to have time to visit new cities and host curious travellers myself. In 2008, I had the chance to stay with amazing people in Sweden and Australia. I also hosted people when I lived in Melbourne. Couchsurfing is a great way to meet locals who can take you off the beaten track or at least give you tips on how to get there.
