ABOUT ME

I come from a sub-tropical island in southmost China - Hainan. I studied my bachelor in business in China, now I am a full time master student in Italy, tourism economics and management major. Currently I am doing my Erasmus exchange program in Istanbul in Economics. After finishing my bachelor, I worked for a seaside hotel project for almost 2 years, where I saw how people turned an empty land to a luxury resort. After that I opened a cafe with a friend, its name was Oasis, where I used to work as a full time physical worker, truck man, buyer, plumber, cleaner, cashier, bartender, waitress and manager without being paid for 5 months. But the things I experienced and learned is really more than anything else.

I like to travel to different places and meet with the local people, I can describe my travelling experience as a salad bowl, they are all unique and precious, and when you put them all together you can get the best of them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really have learned a lot from the couchsurfing community, both of being a host and a surfer. They are generous, openminded, easygoing and have a big heart to help and share with other people.

Couchsurfing is really very important to me, when I feel depressed or bored, I will read the review and the pictures with my hosts and guests, it feels really amazing that you realize you've met so many different people from different places and the good vibes you learn from them are still touching. maybe you dont have the contact with them anymore, but the excitement of reviewing the memories will never fade.
