Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends who are Csers highly recommend couchsurfing for me. I think it is a great opportunity to make new friends, to discover the local culture of a new place. Also it would be great to host for Csers to introduce the city when I have condition later.

Interests

I like reading, visiting exhibitions, opera, concert, ect.
I love volunteering work, if I could join local volunteer programs in different places would be great.
My favourite sports are swimming and table tennis.

I enjoy Jazz, Blues, folk songs...
I like literary films, for instance The legend of 1900
For books, I like Stefan Zweig's pieces, such as Letter from a strange woman. A garden of forking paths from Jorge Borges. And Living, a short story from a Chinese author Hua YU.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed up to Tai mountain in Shandong, China,
Climbed up the Great Wall in Beijng, China
Went to Jerusalum to meet the intergrated culture of multi religions,
Finished the 40 kilometer hiking race in Maclehose trail, Sai Kong, Hong Kong

Teach, Learn, Share

I have some teaching experience as a part time English teacher when I was in college. Now, I teach junior graduate students some basic biological experiments.
I learn every day from class, lab work, references, books, news around the globe and amazing experiences from my friends
