Why I’m on Couchsurfing

because it seems a very nice idea, one gets to meet new interesting people and practise languages and gives me a chance to do something useful in my free time :-)

Interests

calligraphy (I collect fountain pens, most late 19th/early 20th c.), writing letters and postcards :-D analogue photography 35 mm and medium format (Leica, Hasselblad, Rollei but also Lomo, Holga and cameras from the 1930s) :-)

on the more normal side, restaurants, going out for drinks, clubs, travelling, especially to unusual places out of the tourist hordes and learning the local languages :-)

and going to the gym so I can put a better picture here :-D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

seen the giant turtles in Trinidad this year was very interesting. But I have done many strange and mysterious things and I can't say them all. Being bombarded in Belgrade was curious.

Teach, Learn, Share

I suppose I could teach medical stuff, but if you're on holiday don't think of disease. I also do aesthetic medicine. I would like to learn to fly a plane and a helicopter, but they don't have that near here.
