ABOUT ME

I think my friends would say I am the kind of person that would do anything for a friend. Day or night I try to be there and show up for my friends and family. I love enjoying life and new experiences. As you can see I have traveled a lot but not as much as I would like too! I heard about this web site and as my friends would tell you I am open to trying new things and meeting new people. I am easy to get along with and go with the flow. Just be cool and be real. All will be great and we will find we are friends in the end.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well I am new to this so dont have much experience. Willing to learn and definitely willing to give this a try. Much better than any fancy overpriced night in a hotel by myself! I always like hostels better!

Interests

I am a workaholic so I work hard to play hard. I have a business that works with individuals with disabilities mostly brain injury and spinal cord injury so my work allows me to travel and still stay on top of my job. I love to ski, lay in the sun, sail, play with kids, shop, play on my computer, take pictures, and yes most of all travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved India and learned so much from my adventures there. I believe giving can be the best blessing you can experience. I skied to the top of Zermatt Switzerland and saw 3 counties from the top of the mountains and I will never forget what a magical experience it was. Nature brings the most enjoyment if we can just take a second to stop and enjoy it. I will always say the moment that I had my 2 kids were the best experiences of my life and still are!

Teach, Learn, Share

I have found I learn from everyone. I have touched many lives by my work but find that they are the ones that touch me more! I still find that my work can consume my energy but luckily I have family that reminds me what is important is the close relationships you have that are there for life. At this time of my life i am loving having a grandson that is 3 that teaches me soooo much! I am remembering how fun it is to play. He does of course take away my travel bug a bit as I can't stand being away from him too long so surf my way and I will catch up with you as soon as his ego overcomes him!
