About Me

I make short films with time-lapses of plants dying and growing and then put on video art/science presentations! Some presentations I've done in the past include one on the beauty of common weeds, one on Canadian mosses, and one on conifers and fungi! I also lead public plant interpretive walks because I love sharing an appreciation for the biodiversity of cities!

I work with kids doing after-school programming where we cook, play tons of tag, do crafts, and generally have a blast. I also teach photography classes to youth and adults, and I love learning, travelling, and hanging out / partying with friends!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love how CS makes friends from people who normally wouldn't get to meet. Its way of helping to break down the artificial boundaries imposed by nationality is fantastic.
