About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since my first trip, when I started traveling alone, I found out that Couchsurfing is the most convenient way to make new friends. Furthermore, locals are the best on showing the city.

Interests

Travel around the world, learn as much as possible about cultures, local History, peoples.

I'm a nature's lover. I really enjoy visiting national parks, monuments, coasts and the natural beauty.

I also like to spend time on cities and having some fun hanging out with locals and friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of preferred leisure is: read. By doing that, I turn real all adventures and I free my mind. Most of the times, when I'm traveling alone, books are my only companion. These are books that I most like: Into the Wild, Endurance: Shackleton`s Incredible Voyage, Amyr Klink- "All books", Robinson Crusoe Book, The open veins of Latin America, Bocas do tempo. O Chamado da Floresta, A long way gone; memoirs of a boy soldier.

Music is part of my life! Every single song reminds me a living memory inside me. I am eclectic from Reggae, MPB, Rock, Folcloric, Jazz, Samba, MUSIC!!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once, I've traveled to the hearth of Amazon Forest in Venezuela in 2011. It was so amazing. Words and pictures can not explain this experience.

I went to Caribean coast, to the Angel Falls, and then, 6 days hiking to the Roraima Montain caught by one of the worst weather conditions that I've seen.
I learned how to overcome trouble and push me to the limit.

Teach, Learn, Share

Long time ago I could teach Music. With some effort I can remember how to teach (reading and practice) drums, guitar and didjeridoo.

I can share all my experience about places that I have been before, languages (Portuguese, little Spanish).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good and fun stories, offer my skills on house improvements and good mood!!!!
