ABOUT ME

I have lived in Brighton (UK) for 9 years. I left my hometown at 24 soon after my graduation with a suitcase and 600euros in my pocket. Since the day of my first English lesson when I was 6, I have known that moving to England would be my biggest dream in life. I believe life is a non-stop journey which you should embark fully. The only person you should commit to is yourself and a personal development is what I am focusing on, all of this through travelling.
I have done 3 solo travels so far: first one in Cambodia (about which I have also written a book, which, yes, it has also been published!); Myanmar and last Japan.
I am in love with Asia which I consider my second home (together with England). Asia changed everything in my life. It cured me, it opened my mind and my heart. It is my refuge.

Teaching English is my second biggest passion. I am a qualified CELTA teacher (English teacher) and I would like to combine teaching and travelling. I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Everything that's new and different fascinates me, hence the travelling!
I am also passionate about languages. Everywhere I go I try to learn at least some words in the local language, so that I feel closer to local people.

I am into yoga which I've been practising for 6 years solid now.

I am a reserved person, but once you know me I am a faithful and reliable friend for life. I will always look for advice but eventually I will go with my guts. I am also terribly stubborn so whatever comes to my mind I will surely pursue it.
