Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy a lot meeting captivating people from all over the world and being able to share and understand the different cultures.
Plus, it´s an interesting way to meet up with locals while traveling to new destinations.

Interests

Can you imagine a world without music? Cause i can´t ! I am actually open to any genre…except for heavy metal and popular german music :) I am a very proud owner of a wonderful vinyl records collection which i have been cultivating for some years. My favorite place to find them would be of course a flew market! I also try to buy one every time i visit a new city, it´s a lovely souvenir i would say.

Obviously, travelling is by far the activity I enjoy the most! I just love sharing nice moments and experiences with people I meet in the countries I travel...preferably sitting together either in a bar, park, in front of a river. I am really open to trying all kinds of local food and beverages, so one of the first places you would find me in within the city would be the biggest food market...gotta love those places!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was part of a nonprofit organisation (Un Techo Para Mi Pais) that involves youth volunteers with the main purpose of eradicating extreme poverty in Latin america. Together, we constructed transitional houses and implemented/proposed some social inclusion programs (educational, agricultural, health-related, etc). It was the most satisfying thing I´ve ever done and through that I´ve also got to know the most amazing friends ever!
