Hi everyone!

I am Federica, I come from Italy and I'm 27 years old. I am living in Mainz with my boyfriend Eric Brian (28 years old) after one year traveling around Brazil together.
My boyfriend is from Brazil and we met on Couchsurfing in 2019 traveling around Portugal.
We moved together to Mainz last November, because he found here a full time job.

We are looking for interesting meetings and new friendships in Mainz and to get in touch with new cultures.
My boyfriend Eric Brian and I can show you the city, we can teach you the languages we know, we can cook and dance together.
We are looking forward to host travelers in our new home in Mainz :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I am on Couchsurfing since quite a few years. I am a curious person, I love to live adventures and discover new places and cultures. I believe that we are the result of our experiences and we have to know the world in order to grow our consciousness.
I also love the way of travel on Couchsurfing, because meeting locals or other travelers make the travel much more interesting. I don't really that much like traveling like a tourist in hotel without getting in touch with the local culture.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

It is really difficult for me to find a favorite book.
I like books like: the "Autobiography of a Yogi" (Yogananda), "The alchimist" (Paulo Coehlo); The Prophet (Kahlil Gibran). I am quite a fan of "Avatar The last airbender/The legend of Korra".
I don't really enjoy watching movies, therefore I prefer to live new experiences personally.
I like a lot of styles of music except metal.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I lived together with the natives of an indigenous tribe (hunikuin tribe) in the Brasilian amazon near the border with Bolivia and Perú for 5 days.
