ABOUT ME

Hello everybody!!!
I'm Federica, an italian anthropologist and very sunny person.
I do really like to live in diferent places, listening and observing people and their environment, discovering new cultures, confronting with them and trying to learn as much as I can.
Usually I travel alone, so is fantastic to get in touch with local people, living with them and sharing talks, experiences, looks of friendship.
I took my MA in Environmental Anthropology and after some work experiences in Africa and, mostly, in India, I reach a wonderful continent: Central and South America! This is why I'm currently working in Ecuador, as a collaborator of Accion Ecologica, that allow me to work with and learn from Amazonian people. I'm planing to move to Brasil..to suport this wonderful place in this hard time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Living everyday life with someone local allow me to understand better the culture of the place and the lifestyle of the people, and to better know myself, after all.
When I'm in Rome, I enjoy hosting people from abroad and as often as possible I propose my home like a sharing place (althought very often I'm out of the country)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent very good times in every CS experiences that I lived!!I met interesting people in wonderfull places=)..and this is, defenitively, my favourite way of travel.

Some of them are reading, travelling, stay in nature (I've a vegetable garden with various animals and I make natural cosmetics), listening and playing music (drum is my passion), photography, juggling, cycling, playing sport (surf and volleyball first!), meet people, understanding others, smiling
