My name is federico and I come from Palermo, Sicily, Italy. I study medicine in an international school in Slovakia and my other biggest passion is music, I've been playing the guitar since I was a child and now I like to record my own music and sing.
Since I moved abroad to study in a central part of europe I had the chance to travel much more than when I was back in italy. I love to explore new countries and meet people. I also like doing photography in my spare time or when I travel and I'm a fan of art in general.

I decided to try couch surfing as a way to get contacts and new friends from people that are locals in the areas that I travel to, I'm interested in living the experience of new places in the way that local people do.

It's always hard to summarize your favourites, so I'll just write a couple of my recent ones. Music: Ben howard, Damien rice, John Mayer. I love sci fi movies such as Moon, ex machina etc. Currently reading a book by oliver sacks called the man who mistook his wife for a hat.

I travelled to Brazil last summer for a university exchange and at the end of the period there, I organised last minute a trip to a tropical island with a friend that I met just a few days before.
