Hi, my name is Federico and i'm 25 years old.

I am solar, social and open-mind person. I love nature ,travel, explore cities, take photographs and meet new people, this is why i like couchsurfing.

I am a lover of all sports, especially trekking, mountain biking and snowboarding, but also playing football, tennis and beach volleyball.

I like to talk, discuss topics I know and learn from those I'm not prepared for, I like to know new people who can enrich me with their experiences.

I did "il cammino degli Dei", a 4 day Bologna-Firenze walk and i did "Cammino portghese di Santiago de Compostela", two very amazing experience!

i did also the "HERO" one of the hardest MTB race in the world!
