My time and energy: If I have some free time, I can offer to help my hosts around the house or with their errands. This could include cooking, cleaning, or running errands.
My friendship: I can be myself and be friendly and welcoming to my hosts.
A gift: I can give my hosts a small token of my appreciation, such as a souvenir from my home country.

I can choose to share these things with my hosts based on my interests and what I think they would appreciate. I can also ask my hosts what they would like me to share with them. The most important thing is to be thoughtful and considerate when choosing what to share with my hosts.
