About Me

Hi everyone! My name is Federico.

Half Argentinian, half Uruguayan :) 28 years old, I was born in Buenos Aires, and I'm now living in Buenos Aires after a year and a half of living in Berlin.

Communication is my passion. I studied Advertising and Graphic Design, and that's my work since a few years.

I am crazy about maps, flags, and everything related to geography. If you have something to tell me about a country I don't know, I can sit down for hours to listen to you.

I really like to sit down and talk about politics, culture, and exchange opinions, whatever you think. The cultural differences of the world are the engine that makes me start to travel. I read a lot and try to inform myself about everything, looking for the greatest discourses' diversity as possible.

I like to get lost in the streets of cities that I don't know, I like to hear how people relate each other, I like to talk to people, and feel that with each one of them, I know the world a little more.

Since I'm not a musician, the "musical criterion" is one of the things that I most enjoy and value in people!

I believe that the most valuable things in life are the small moments, and the key is to learn how to enjoy them. And, mainly, I'm happy to be traveling and discovering that!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year I fulfilled my dream of traveling around different countries and knowing new people and cultures. I started in April in Barcelona and traveled all around Europe. I do not like traditional tourism, I prefer to know people, who are the ones who make their city the way it is.

Couchsurfing helped me a lot to know very interesting people and to have the most interesting conversations with people that are my friends now.

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up listening to rock and I have a weakness for it, but now I can enjoy any kind of music... as long as it's good ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied Advertising and Graphic Design in Buenos Aires. I taught courses on Digital Advertising to owners of new projects. I always can help managing the design and communication of a brand or project.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Even though I still have thousands of things to discover in this city (who does not?), I love the culture, the history, the places, and the energy that it has. And I want to share that. And I want to share that and give back a part of what couchsurfers that hosted me gave to me, taking advantage that I'm having a free room at home for a time.
