About Me
My name is Federico and I live and work in London with my girlfriend Giulia. We are both coming from Viareggio - Italy, where we love to go back in summer and during the holidays to meet our families and friends, have some good food and to go to the beach! (Summer or winter, no matter what!!!). We share the same interest and we love to travel with my 35 years old Vespa. We have a lot of trips in our to do list so we are working hard to make those trips happen!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Myself and my girlfriend we are planning a 3 months road-trip from Viareggio (Italy) to NordKapp(Norway) with a 35 years old Vespa.
Travel with a Vespa means to travel slowly (60 km/h max !!!) avoiding motorways and highways (have you ever tried to drive a Vespa on motorway and to have a lorry's wheel a few centimeters from your nose at 80 km/h ?!?!?!).
We believe that crossing towns via country roads is the best way to meat local people and local people are the best way to get closer to the customs and traditions of the place that we visit. This is the reason why we couchsurfing!

Music, Movies, and Books
Well...the list of my favorite music would be too long. I grown up listening proper 1980-1990 rock (ACDC, Queen, Pearl Jam, U2, Led Zepplin, Dave Matthews Band, Aerosmith, ...). Giulia shares pretty much the same flavors:)
We both love to read classic books ( for example Victor Hugo for me and Tolstoy for Giulia) as well as books written by people that traveled around the world.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To propose to my girlfriend :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Whatever I know is because someone shared his knowledge with me. My skills and my success has been built thanks to the people I had around me so I really believe in sharing. I can share my knowledge in cooking, technologies, how to make a proper Italian pizza ;), mechanical engineering regarding Vespa, networking and coding and much more...
In the same way I like to learn more from the people that they have my same interests especially if those interest are their daily job!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Our experience of cooking a proper Italian meal! Story of life about 2 people grown up in one of the most amazing country of the world! A glass of good wine (..or pint of beer) at the closest pub!
