I am Federico from Italy, now experiencing an Erasmus exchange program in the Netherlands. I might say that I am a kind of open-minded, curious and non-lazy person; maybe also sometimes a little bit ironic. However I can tell without much doubt that I am pretty 'judgment-free'; so do not ever worry!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I lately got a little bit tired of just traveling as a tourist, since meeting people instead of buildings, landscapes, museums, cafe's, squares, restaurants, etc. makes things more relevant. Therefore couch surfing comes probably as an unavoidable consequence.

I have some interests indeed, but please do not ask me to give you a list. Here are some, I play guitar, I like what I am studying (Mathematics), I like planning trips (and actually travel after the plan is set), go for coffees with friends and walk around new places (most of the times getting lost, but it's ok).

About movies, books and music I have no official/definitive chart, but generally I like to watch (and discuss about them at movie nights with friends) movies about real-life situations/feelings. Regarding books, I usually stick with classics; about music, as an amateur musician I've passed through many phases/genres, so I am pretty confident it won't be too difficult to find something in common. Right now for instance, I ended up with Bossa Nova and the guitar of João Gilberto.

Despite my Italian origins, I am not the incredible cook you could expect (but I am slowly improving day by day); however since sitting all together at the table and having a nice dinner is one of my favorite ways to enjoy friends' company, I have no problems to become the cook!
