I'm an Argentinian (half Italian half Japanese) chef traveling around the world in a constantly search of new experiences. People I meet always find me reliable, flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
Some of the hobbies I enjoy and improve while traveling are photography, guitar, juggle, snowboard, rock climb, scuba dive, etc.
