Overview
About Me
My name is Federico and I'm a 22 years old photographer from Argentina. I'm a really joyful and outgoing guy who loves to share experiences and knowledge. I'm a complete wanderluster, I take my camera everywhere I go and I love to document my travels through my photography. I love to meet new people and share with them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started travelling the world in the year 2013 when I first visited New York. Now I can't stop this feeling I get to keep discovering new places. New York for me was an amazing, incredible and unbelievable experience that taught me countless things. After going to Montevideo, Uruguay for New Years Eve I realized I loved meeting new people and travelling altogether. My Photography has driven me wherever I was travelling, making it the fuel that keeps me going. Sadly, travelling is a really expensive thing where I come from, and for the next trips I'm planning I'm gonna need to carefully invest my money if I want to make a longer and bigger travel. Accommodation is the most expensive of things, and being able to share even floor space will be, for me, a lifesaver, because it will enable me to go farther and for more time.
Interests
Photography is the center of my life. For many years I've aimed at being a better photographer and start my own business, which thankfully I've been able to succesfully establish. At the moment I'm a Real Estate and Architectural Photographer working independently, and many of the photographs that compose my portfolio have been taking during my travels. So travelling is not only pleasure, but also work for me.
I love architecture, and travelling is one of the best ways to see the vast world of architecture there is.
I love music, I've studied many instruments during my life and got to know many genres of music very well as well as artists.
Films for me are a second passion, next to photography. I've watched over 2 thousand movies over the course of my life and I don't intend on stopping. I can talk hours and hours about films and the history of cinema.
I'm a very open person and love to learn new things.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Jazz and Classical music. Among other Jazz composers, my favorites are, Miles Davis, Bill Evans, Jaco Pastorius, Dizzy Gillespie, Pat Metheny, Louis Armstrong, Frank Sinatra, John Coltrane and Chet Barke. My favorite classical composers are Chopin, Satie, Paganini and Debussy.
Movies, I can't even start making a list of my favorites, it would never end. I love good cinema and would speak for hours about it. I you like cinema, then I'm someone you would enjoy dinner with.
For books I would dare say I'm a really big fan of the Lord of The Rings series. I've enjoyed Game of Thrones and also like reading The Walking Dead comic book series as well as Thomas Pynchon. For more classical literature I enjoy Nietzsche, John Locke and Churchill among others.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Over the last years I've been working at a really luxurious hotel in Buenos Aires where as a bellboy and guest services agent I've met numerous worldwide famous people. I've been at their rooms and spoken a little with them. I can share many curious and fun anecdotes about them if you would like. For me, getting to know them has been enough pleasure to pay all the hard work.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to take amazing photographs, specially travel and architectural ones. I also can teach some Spanish.
I would like to learn and improve on my french which at the moment is very basic.
I love to learn new things, so I'm open to anything.
I can share my photographs with you, my taste in music, films and food, my philosophy about life, and my beliefs about the universe.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share everything and anything, I'm open to new experiences and new knowledge. I can share deep philosophical conversations as well as fun and cheerful anecdotes of my time as a bellboy in a 5 star hotel. Whatever you like, I adapt.
