About Me
CURRENT MISSION
travel, learn Turkish Language and Culture and People and Food!
For now I can just say "ekmek", "tessekürler", "güle güle" and I just know the Turkish food from Berlin.
ABOUT ME
I am a 26 year old student of International Relations and I currently live in Dresden, Germany. Soon I am going to live in Istanbul and study there for one semester.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like to experience a country very profoundly so I really want to meet local people and to not do stupid touristy stuff. I think I have a kind of anthropological approach to travelling. I always try to become as local as possible and do everything just as the local people do, even if this gets me into trouble sometimes. :-)
I don't like backpacking and hopping from one place to the other a lot. I prefer to stay in one place for longer and get a tiny impression of how it would feel to live there. I love to host friends, friends of friends and unknown people as well.
I used to work in a hostel in France which I really liked but you always have the same "international" conversations with fellow travellers.I also really love to learn new languages and understand the country's culture better.
