ABOUT ME

I'm a relaxed open minded guy who loves adventure, travels, different cultures, nature and scenery and people. Most of all I like the freedom and inspiration I get from travelling. Life's too short and the world's too big & beautiful to just stay at home.

PHILOSOPHY

pff, what a question...

basically anything that makes you happy.I don't believe in any god or some book with rules. example: If you think that being rich makes you happy: Go for it. If travelling makes u happy: do it.

It might sound corny, but life really is short and it can suddenly get alot shorter as i've learned from up close. Add to this that we only live once: So get busy whith that that makes you happy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know from my own experiences that the best way to travel is with locals as they're experts on the region. besides that it's a fun way to meet interesting people and make friends from all over the globe.
I also know that travelling costs lot's of money (especially in western countries and europe in particular) so I hope this way we can help eachother making it cheaper/easier and more fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just came home from my motocycle-holiday in scandanavia, there, in Norway, I gained some couchsurfing experience. We had a very nice time and I enjoyed my stay very much

especialkly last year's been great/amazing:

I've been travelling with the trans-mongolia-expess from moskou to beijing via Ulaan Bataar. Then went to Hanoi, spent a month in vietnam, a month in cambodja, a month in laos, two months in thailand, some weeks in maleysia, four months in Australia, then two months in Indonesia.

it has all been so amazing and great. All in all a very intence year which cannot possibly fit in this box. Even if it could: u had to be there.. ;-)
