About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm turning 26 this year and decided that I would try something I've never done before - so in May I'm going to spend some time traveling and finding my way around a new and beautiful state.
Couch surfing seems like a great way to meet some new and awesome people in Colorado :)
Interests
I used to be really into distance running and have completed my fair share of marathons and half marathons in the past 3 years. Things have dropped off a bit recently but I am looking to get back into it again soon. I can talk about anything running for as long as you'll let me.
Luckily I've gotten into rock climbing and am dedicating at least one day of the week to the rock gym (I know that's not much). After few trips to Joshua Tree I've discovered that crack climbing isn't really my thing but face climbing, not so bad.
I also really enjoy hoop dancing. It's something I reluctantly picked up from my roommates in college; I would only pick up the hoop after everyone was gone and after it flew off of me and hit the TV I'd be done for the day. With practice, I kept at it and very much enjoy a dance session every now and then.
Nature- being outside makes me happy.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite books: Les Miserables, Crime and Punishment, Madame Bovary
I'm reading a book called Quiet Leadership right now and have been trying for the longest time to get into Flow by Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi. It's a bit ironic that the book is all about flow and focus and I can't seem to actually focus on reading it.
Not much into movies generally but I do like Disney movies :)
Music- I like most music, a few recent artists I'm listening to: London Grammar, Halsey, Grimes, Ed Sheeran.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydiving!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a very good listener and am genuinely interested in hearing about people's lives. I think there is a lot to learn from every individual we meet if we just take the time.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, South Korea
