ABOUT ME

I'm Feli, 25 years old and from Germany. I finised school and after that I went to work as an Au pair for a year in New York City in 2013. Now I'm studing in Hildesheim for my Bachelor thesis. I like to ride and be in the nature and also in the city, I play the violine and more I love to travel and to visit my friends that I made all over the world.
I love to get to know new people and new cultures. In New York I already met so much new people. Its incredible!
I get along very good with people and I love to do things together like visit the City but I also like to do things on my own.
I'm looking forward to meet or host you and maybe stay on your couch :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first experience where in New York City in 2013, when I worked as an Au pair.
My hostfamily was doing couchsurfing. So I met a lot of nice people who where staying with us in New York. I showed them around and get them to know. We had some awsome talks about diffrent cultures!
Before I went back to Germany I traveled through the US and got to know a lot of people who could show me around in the city's i visited or who hosted me!
Because I live in the countryside in Germany I could not host some guests yet. They prefer the Cities in Germany.

Interests

I would like to see some awesome places all over the world.
I would be nice if you could show me your city. Of yours I would like to do the tourist stuff (I know how boring it could be to do it all over again, I dont know how often I showed the couchsurfers from my hostfamily 'Times Square')I really would like to do this stuff alone! But I would love to meet you for a coffee at your favourite place in town and we can get to know each other.

For sure you can stay at my place. At the moment I live in Germany in the countryside in the 'Weserbergland'. Where you should come if you like to be in the nature, to hike, cycle, to ride or just relaxe!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To discouver the US for 1 year. I saw a lot of places and I met so much new, happy and funny people, I could never imagine before!
I traveld to Chicago, LA, San Diega, LV, I did a awesome helicopter flight above the Grand Canyon, I saw so much great national parks in Utah, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, the West Coust, Boston, Niagra Falls, Baltimore, Washington DC., Philly, St. Louis and Miami.
Furthermore I did a roudtrip by bus through Nicaragua. It was such a good experience. The life there is totally diffrent from the european lifestyle.
And I lived with my secound family in New York together for a year!

I love to cook and bake! So if you want we can create a german dinner together.
However if you are interesed in the german culture I would love to answer your questions.
