Overview
About Me
My partner Nick and I (Flic) moved to Bournemouth to attend university and never left!
We enjoy walking on the beach, drinking wine, eating great food, listening to music, watching films, reading, talking and meeting new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We plan to travel the world and we want to immerse ourselves in the culture of the places we visit - Couchsurfing seems like the perfect way to do this!
We also want to make friends with people from all across the world, and hope that people will visit us in our home too.
Interests
We both work for a fringe theatre company and we love live theatre performance and music. We are interested in all sorts of art, from music, sculpture, film - whatever!

Music, Movies, and Books
Flic likes folk and indie music, and Nick likes jazz and drum and bass the most - but we'll listen to anything. Nick studied an English degree and always has his head in a book, and Flic loves to read travel writing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Flic has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and raised £1000 for Action for Children in Conflict.
Nick produced 'The Picture of Dorian Gray' for a fringe theatre company in Bournemouth, and took the play to London for a week long tour.
Teach, Learn, Share
We both have a keen interest in languages, and we always try to learn a bit of a language of the country we're visiting. We're always happy for people to practice their English with us too!
What I Can Share with Hosts
We love cooking and learning new recipes, and we often cook for our friends. We're neat and tidy and love good conversation most of all. We look forward to sharing our travel experiences with you, and hearing about yours.
