About Me

I'm an reflexive and very observant person who always think before to speak... sometimes I think too much, that's why I'm not so talkative as my girlfriend.
I'm the kind of person who find the happiness every time, every day and every where. Because it's depend of us to be happy or not, like Eric Idle's song says: (8) "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" (8)

Some quotes which I feel identified:

"Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree." - Martin Luther

"There is a driving force more powerful than steam, electricity and atomic energy: the will." - Albert Einstein.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I do believe that travelling can help people to grow.
For me, travelling is not about tourism, it's about experiences and memories which make you grow and open your eyes.

Interests

Improve my soft skills is something that I'm really interested in doing right now, so I'm trying to find out some new activities which help me to detach myself from the computer or the way to have a good time meeting new people. That is why I become an amateur ukulele player and I started to do volunteer work as well. I believe music and social service is a good way to start.

Also, I really enjoy doing some sport like cycling, tennis and hiking. I'm not a professional but I really like to keep my body on movement. Yes, I love dancing as well :)

Music, Movies, and Books

The music for me is something really important in my life because it can let your emotions and feelings flow. So when I'm travelling, I like to listen to the traditional music of each place that I visit. I feel like is a very accurate approach to the culture and traditions just because music is the expression of feeling. My favourite music is from South American Folklore and now I've been listening to Celtic music to understand more about Irish culture.

On the other hand, the books and films are amazing tools for learn more about our past. I really like books which tell us about history or biography and I really enjoy watching films about true stories. Among my favourites films are: Gandhi, The Last Samurai, Invictus, Rapa Nui, Schindler’s List, Michael Collins, Seven years in the Tibet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Say something is "Amazing" is very subjective, so I would like to list the things that I've done or which have happened to me and were amazing for my life:

- Live for 15 years in the driest desert in the world, Atacama Desert.
- Swimming with dolphins in Cabo Polonio, Uruguay.
- Paragliding on the Maitencillos's costs in Chile.
- Saw the sunrise at Ahu Tongariki in The Easter Island.
- Diving in The Easter Island.
- Learn a foreign language (English in Ireland).
- Start doing volunteer work.

And one of the most important,

- Met my current couple when we finished the high school :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I really love my own country and I love to know about new cultures as well, so I can share, teach and show all that I know about my countries like recipes, dances, traditions and beautiful places. May we can do a cultural exchange :)

Additionally, I can share my knowledge about websites. So if you're interested in it, I will be able to share with you all that I know.

About "Learn", I came here to Europe to learn English, so one of the most important things that I would like to do here is keep practising this language.
