About Me
Hello! Nice to meet you. I am a lover of travel, nature and animals. I am a former future engineer who has discovered himself in the arts and communication. I'm an entrepreneur, photographer, videographer and lately I haven't been doing anything but I'm a cycle traveler. Normally I divide myself between activities linked to communication and marketing and the volunteering I do in two NGOs, one of activities for children and teenagers that I grew up following and today I am part of the communication board and also of a sanctuary that receives rescued animals for recovery and rehabilitation.
I'm very easy going, organized, respectful, fun, curious, friendly, I like to talk and know people's life stories. I have good stories too. I'm vegan, I became it after discovering an autoimmune disease that I'm grateful for giving me the opportunity to take more careful care of my health and seek self-knowledge.
I have been living as a nomad since the beginning of 2021, having participated with my former partner in founding a medical cannabis company in Brazil while we live in more than 40 "homes", some for a few days, others for a few months.
I'm currently living back in Sao Paulo, where I've been basing my journeys and adventures. I was in a long-term relationship and have been single for a few months, taking advantage of this new moment to get to know myself as an individual and create new memories, autonomy and new friendships.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love experiencing new things, connecting with people and learning about new cultures. I'm reconnecting with my essence, of being free and knowing more about real, everyday life in the places I go.
I love the community idea of Couchsurfing, having first hosted on one of my cycling trips. Despite not being listed on the platform, I experienced "root couchsurfing" by staying at people's homes along the way, which made my trip especially unique. The idea of sharing a home and staying in hostels offers an incredible opportunity for authentic connection and human experience that you can't get by staying in a large hotel.
