One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 14, I had to guide a 16 foot sailing boat across the Guanabara Bay during carnival in Brazil. My dad was too drunk to do that, and the weather wasn't what you'd call 'calm.' It was the first time I felt like I could conquer the world!
