About Me
Hi,
my name is Felix Gilbert im 23 years old now. Livin in a nice old house in the center of Aachen.
I would say from myself that I am an open minded person who never judges anyone for his person, because i wanna concentrate on becoming a better person for myself. Improvement always starts with yourself. I'm on the way to lose all my fears, because they hold us back and oppress the true expression.
I'm a creative person who writes poems, play music, paint, and loves to express myself in many ways.
Also i'm kind of anarchistic and have the wish to be self-sufficient one day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel, to see new places but especially to meet new people, talk to them, make new experience and through this i get closer to myself. I think the social life should stand in the first place in our entire actions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Summer 2015 I tramped to Spain together with a Friend. We started in our hometown Aachen and didn't payed anything to get to Spain or to get back. We met a lot of people, everynight we slept in a different area in the forest with our camping hammocks and a rain tarp. Cooked ourselfs our own food, and finally got to a wonderfull place in the spanish mountains. There was a crystall clear mountain river from which we could drink. That was our ambition in the first place. It was awesome to saw that nature which didn't get touched or destroyed by humans. We lived there for a while, and then we met a very open and friendly man who invited us to live at this home. He has a big farm with many animals and much space. We also lived there a while and enjoyed our staying. Worked with him because he offered us everything there, to eat, a nice bed which was much more nicer after the weeks in our hammocks. :D
All in all this was an awesome experience. On our way to spain we needed like 2 weeks to get there. On our way back we tramped alone. And i was in like 36 Hours back in Germany. I nearly was so fast like i would have been if i drove by myself. That was amazing. And what most can't believe, we only paid like 100 Euro for this whole trip which was like 2 Months.
