Overview
About Me
I'm a graduate student at the University of Connecticut. Originally I'm from Puerto Rico. I've been living in CT for almost 4 months now. I left Puerto Rico searching for a new place to reflect and taking a break from my environment. My passions are reading literature, which can include philosophy, crime novels (noir), existencial, absurdist, etc. I love reading, period. I like to jay walk a lot through new and old places without a particular destiny. I'm a writer in progress and literature critic in denial.
I'm an external and internal explorer.
I just want to live.
Also, I am a lover of cats and dogs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm falling in love with traveling the more I get out, I yearn for new experiences everyday and to meet different people from different cultures, learning other ways of life and understanding how big the world can be.
It's like Andrés Cepeda says:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climb the top of El Yunque, which is a the only tropical forest in the US Forest System with travelers from Colombia and New York. It was amazing to me that living all my life in Puerto Rico, I've never thought about going there and I just saw one of the most amazing views ever, the mist, the cold temperature, the wind, the beauty of the mountains and the sound of silence really stuck on my memory and my heart.
Teach, Learn, Share
