I'm here to make friends. I want you to tell me your favourite coffee spot cos we have Starbucks in the UK and they ain't all that. Where can I watch live music in your city? Where is your favourite outdoor spot? Where do you go to relax and where do you go to let loose? If you can tell me where to go, that's good. If you can take me there - even better!

I'm open-minded, easy-going, double-jointed. I am clean, lean and pretty mean at cooking British cuisine (I can offer a demonstration of you were to host me)

I've been told it's a great way to meet people, as I'm traveling on my own for the first time this is very important to me.

MUSIC - somewhat of a cliché but I like it ALL. Except I'm not really a fan of U2. I love hearing about new artists and like to recommend people in return.

FILM - j'adore la cinematheque. Bergman, Kubrick, Kurosawa, Tarantino, Keaton and Woody Allen and Mean Girls.

BOOKS - I've come fully armed with a Kindle loaded with a thousand books on, most of which if never heard of, but if I had to recommend one - THE LEOPARD.

I can cook for you and clean up afterwards. I'm also pretty good at doing English regional accents (not a very useful skill but if you want an audio tour of England then I'm your man...) I'll pick us up a bottle of something nice on my way over.
