I like to be active and communicative when I am traveling as well as in my normal life. I think my friends would describe me as open minded because I am interested in nearly everything and want to try out nearly everything. I really love to get in contact with people from all over the world. I think this is what traveling is for me about: to meet people and see a country or culture from their perspective, to experience activities, food, places and music that I had never expected to do, to eat, to see or to listen to!

What I love most about couch surfing is the way people sharing. The way it works feels more like stay at a friends place for a weekend and this value is what a 5*hotel could never offer me. When I am traveling I would like to experience the "real" aspects of the respective country and culture, to visit places no tourist guide would ever recommend.
And if all this happens you probably arrived at your host for couch surfing but you maybe leave a new friends place for coming back!

My taste of music is a mess :D nothing you could combine in one playlist: I like famous pop music, also listen to reggae music, Irish folk and rock! I really love QUEEN!

I like a lot of movies related to action, sci fi or fantasy but also horror or psycho thriller.
I love to watch movies together and I think the best kind of movies for that are funny movies and comedy :) that always works

I think the most books I have ever read started with Harry Potter! I the books a few times when I was younger :D but I also liked Dan Brown and Sebastian Fitzek.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I think you are doing a lot of "amazing" things when you are traveling, mostly the little ones. But one of these I could mention here was missing the ferry back to mainland from a daytrip and spending some days with locals on a small island in Columbia.

Cooking and eating together is what teaches me a lot about people, their country and culture! learning from each other. shearing new idears and a great meal is what brings people together.
