One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🏕 In 2018, I took on the incredible challenge of walking the entire Appalachian Trail, from Georgia to Maine. Over five months, I covered 2,189 miles (3,500 km), facing countless obstacles and meeting amazing people along the way. The journey taught me so much about resilience, mental strength, and personal growth. It also gave me invaluable lessons about minimalism, community, and the joy of sharing.

✨ In 2023, I made a bold decision to sell everything and book a one-way ticket to Asia, craving freedom and inner peace. For nine months, I explored stunning landscapes and shared meaningful connections across Asia and Europe. These experiences transformed me, giving me clarity, tools for a richer life, and a deep sense of serenity. Now back in Quebec, I’m working to carry that peace and adventurous spirit into my daily life.

🧘‍♂️ In 2024, I attended a 10-day Vipassana retreat in Sri Lanka—a truly transformative experience. Despite its challenges, it left me with a profound sense of love, harmony, and self-awareness.

🏔 Later in 2024, I set out on an unforgettable trek in the Himalayas, completing the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. Surrounded by some of the world’s tallest peaks, I was captivated by the breathtaking landscapes, the kindness of the local people, and the richness of their culture. Crossing the Thorong La Pass at 5,416 meters was an unforgettable achievement. The energy I drew from this remarkable place inspired me to keep exploring and reminded me of the endless beauty and adventure the world holds.
