Quite a long time that I am already retired. My wife retired two years ago. We are both openminded and interested. We have quite a big social net with nephews and nieces with their children and a lot of friends. After a 4-month-trip to England and Ireland in 23 we came back to Switzerland. Unfortunatly we could not realize our plans to rebuild our house - as prizes went up dramaticaly we could no longer afford to build the new house and stay in the old one.
Afterwoods we made shorter E-Bike-trips to the south of France, to Germany and to Venice (visiting the Art Biennale) and Istria.
When we are at home we are ready to host people travelling to Luzern.
In march 25 we started a 3month E-Bike-trip surrounding the Iberian Peninsula and came back in june. In september we started our next tour from Klaipeda (Lithuania) back home through Polonia and Germany through beautiful landscapes and many interesting places.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

In our home we already hosted a lot of guests from all over the world - following the contacts we have mainly in Latin America and Africa. But until 2023 we never used Couchsurfing. After the retirement of my wife Elisa we started CS
for our trip to England and Ireland. We hoped to get in contact with a lot of friendly and interesting people - which was the case. So we look foreward to many more interesting and enrichened meetings.
