Hey guys, I'm Felix, a 21-year old medical student from Munich.
My last 7 months I spent backpacking through South America and now I'm up to explore Europe. I'm very excited about everything from your history, your art and your music to your city and your country, so we would be pleased about anything you can show us!

I'm playing drums and learning guitar and I really enjoy to jam with friends and strangers! Music is for me an magical medium to connect with people in a emotional way, much stronger than words ever can. It's an language everybody can speak and understand, no matter where you come from. So keep calm and groove on :)

As a scout I love the feeling to be on the move, discover new countries & cultures and I'm always prepared for some new adventures ;) I'm also supervising a group of growing scouts and I really love to share my scouting experiences with the upcoming generations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet people and make new friends!! Every person is the hero of their own life and every life has its own story. And I'm highly curious about yours!

I don't see Couchsurf as an option to spare your traveling budget, but as a unique chance to see your country with your eyes and not the eyes of a tourist!
I want to taste you food, listen to your music, visit your city with you and discover your way of life - and I'd love to share mine with you!

I never traveled for such a long time, so I'm really glad about every hint about backpacking, where and where not to go, avoiding travelers burnout and so on you can give me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I listen to nearly everything from death metal to jazz except of pop and classic, mostly rock and punk music. To my favorite bands count Royal Republic, Rage against the Machine, Cage the Elephant, Antiflag, C2C and The Fratellies

I used to play drums in many different groups like Big Bands and Rock/Punk/Indie Bands, I even played at the Oktoberfest once!

Movies:
I'm a true TV series junkie, I adored Breaking Bad, House of Cards, Game of Thrones,...

Books:
Unfortunately I've only had a little time to read books not connected to my studies the past two years, but I'm working on it. On the moment I'm reading Breaking News by Frank Schätzing
