About Me

I am a curious and adventure seeking German who loves making friends abroad.

I always love meeting locals in the countries I visit to get an authentic feeling for your culture and way of living.

Hopefully we can connect and become friends when we meet :)

Obviously, when I am at home in Darmstadt feel free to contact me so that I can host you! I would love to show you around and show you our German way of living.
Also contact me if you have any questions about me or Germany or if you just need someone to talk :)
See you soon!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet open-minded people and locals who can show me their country and culture as well as fellow traveller's who'd like to explore together.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Mostly Pop, Hip-Hop, Reggaeton. Open to pretty much everything and a blast in karaoke! Show me your local folk music please :)

Books: Working on a list of 99 books to read in your life which includes classics such as Moby Dick, Lord of the Flies, Chess Novel, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter,... Next to that I like philosophy books, e.g. by Eckhart Tolle.

Movies:
Real stories, travel experiences, documentaries, but also deep plots.
Among my favorites are Into the Wild, Shutter Island and 8 Mile.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking through South America as a life changing experience where I've seen so many different people, cultures and ways to live. I ended up sleeping on the streets once and realised how nice life can be when you seek discomfort.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach German, English and a bit of Spanish.

Since I'm working in Computer Science you can also learn something about computers, programming, networks and whatever you're curious about!

I'd love to learn something about new cultures, languages and ways of living. Please share with me you're mindset and how you approach things in life.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conversations about life

Experiences of previous journeys to places like whole South America, Iceland or Yosemite, the Grand Canyon, ...

Some free German, English, Spanish lessons

Computer science know-how if needed 🤷‍♂️

A Basketball, football sparing partner maybe?
