Hej my Name is Felix and I am 29 years old.
I went to school in Wiehl which is closed to Collogne, Germany. When I did my A-levels, I went to England to do a social service abroad, to see a bit more of the world, than the place I grew up in. After that I started to study acting in Berlin.
I had a really good time there and started to learn acting and working in theatre, which is what I am still doing at the moment.
A year ago I moved to Hamburg to focus on directing a bit more, and I am enjoying my time there as well.
My outside Europe travel-experiences are Mexico and Morocco so far. Two great and very different countries that teached me a lot! I loved it the most to hang around with locals, which is why I mostly travel alone.
I have also been to England, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always wanted to see a big part of the world, and now seems to be the first time in my life that it is possible. I am very interested in the real culture of the countries I want to travel and so I would like to have contact with locals. Also I like the idea to have nice people in my flat for some days, to exchange and also learn more about the world, even without traveling around.

Interests

I love the theatre and film and literature and the whole big world of art. There are many people that inspire me, for example Fjodor Dostojewskij, Marina Abramovic, Franz Kafka, Beethoven, Steve Reich, Aphex Twin and of course my friends, to only name a few

I love to write as well and when I do it is mostly for the stage, and some poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are two!

Best thing: written, directed and acted in my first theatre piece "Neuntöter" in Berlin.

Stupidest thing: Run nakedly around a church with a friend for a laugh and then got our clothes stolen.
