Hi I'm Felix from Leipzig, Germany, born and grown up in Berlin. After school, I went to New Zealand. It was spectacular and intense. Like a dream that is too good to be real. Like a bubble that had its own smell, its own taste, its own inner atmosphere.
Back in Germany, I started studying Political Science in Mannheim and Ireland and did my Master in Political Philosophy in Barcelona. Journalism, politics, and traveling have been my passions since then - well, and Game of Thrones but that's another story to tell...
Since September 2016, I have combined my interests and co-founded a journalistic online platform. Our goal is to fight media polarization and help find constructive solutions for the biggest problems of our time, like global inequality and climate change.

I would describe myself as outgoing, open-minded and tolerant with the belief that every single person has a story to tell that has something interesting about it. In my too little leisure time, I enjoy going to the cinema, meet with friends, practice Qigong and meditation, watch documentaries, and try to stay informed about world politics.

I profited from other people's hospitality a lot during my travels and I always felt that this kind of traveling - giving something back - is an important philosophy. As I'm now living and working full-time in Leipzig on our own project, I tend to travel a bit less. So I thought if someone is interested, why not crash on my nice sleeping couch in my bed room if you are desperately looking for a place to sleep.

And just in general, traveling is great for our society. Amen. ;)
