I'm a relentlessly curious experience junkie: I love to travel and meet new people, especially the great ones on CS! As a lazy extrovert, I can talk for hours, but I'm also happy in low-key situations, and I try not to take myself too seriously.

Now I'm back in Beijing studying 汉语 before going back to university for a PhD in artificial intelligence.

Couchsurfing is full of open-minded and kind people. Traveling without it, I feel lost!

Interests

I'm really into music and the visual arts (especially photography and cinema). I play jazz piano and nearly went to study architecture at university. Instead I studied physics and maths to reinforce the stereotype of it being linked to music, which is still what I spend half my free time doing!

I also love classic films, nature and mountains, skiing, climbing, reading, all kinds of conversations, card games and go (圍棋/围棋/囲碁 - always looking for someone to play!), going to art galleries and a load more.
