About Me

I'm Felix from Stuttgart, Germany. After having completed a Master in Innovation Management in Italy (in Trento and Pisa), I've worked as a Transaction Advisory consultant for two years.

However that job didn't make me happy, so I quit it in March 2017 and traveled the world by bike. I have already cycled around 14,000 km through Vietnam,Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Iran.

I returned to a "regular life" in spring 2018 and currently work in development cost planning for an automotive OEM.

I look forward to share my experiences with you and am excited about your stories. I'm always keen to meet locals in order to better get to know the culture of the country I'm currently in. It would be awesome if you'll be able to host me - I'm a vegetarian who doesn't smoke nor drink, but I'm always up for a laugh! So let's get in touch.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* Cycling through a typhoon near Fukuoka, Japan
* Cycling up Mount Fuji in Japan
* Sleeping in a stone hut in the mountains of NSW, Australia only surrounded by wallabies
* Sleeping in a tent in the Iranian mountains and surviving two thunderstorms at 2,300 m above sea level
* Staying overnight at a farm in Iran and helping the lonely farmer to feed his sheep and chicken
